Negotiation complete?

Time will tell. Administrative leave until June 30? So she gets a 3 month vacation to find another job while SISD finances it. So be it. Eye'm sure the threat of litigation never entered the equation in this negotiation. Her inner circle has been strangely quiet. Where is the overwhelming community support and outrage at her dismissal? The crickets are chirping, echoing the silence. This to shall pass.

On to other things. As happens in all districts with administration change, the new super is now bringing in his own cronies to create his circle of influence. Should we be surprised? This will make it extremely difficult for the local power brokers to get their feelings of importance validated. It should make life very interesting for SISD employees. Eye will continue to watch and comment. My goal has always been to see the district improve. Let the district be known for its exemplary status, not its athletic achievements.
