Pam Morris will be the new superintendent. The agenda of her regime will come to light in the next few months. Be prepared for her to jump to another district as Price did if a better offer comes along in the next few years. Hopefully the board will write into her contract a penalty clause to keep her from using SISD as a springboard. Of course, that is a "catch 22" with a lot of risks involved. The board could sign her to a short term contract with incentive clauses tied to the performance of the district. Morris will then have the option of not renewing at the end of her term and playing the market. If the board signs her to a long term contract and she underperforms, we will be stuck with her. Do we really want to go through the search process AGAIN!!!! Welcome to the world of proffesional sports.
